Mons. Joseph's motto is, "Those who can dream never have enough time to do it all, and those who don't dream have nothing to do."
His dream was first to build a major seminary to train Malawian men to minister to their people. Malawi has benefited much from Italian missionary priests, but the time had come for new priests to grow from the soil of the local culture. Mons. Joseph didn't have the money to build with, but he knew God would provide. The dream began to come true in 1992 with two buildings that were used as classrooms and hostels (dormitories) for the seminarians. You can see two such buildings in this photo.

The center building is the unfinished church. The cross on top is meant to be higher than the Muslim minarets that are increasing around the country.
